After hours pickup was extremely painful experience, then I was charged $70 for fuel even though I returned the truck with the amount of fuel it was rented with. I assume this has nothing to do with the locations themselves

TIMOTHY HI am very annoyed that even though I declined the insurance coverage both when I reserved online and again at the store when I picked up the van that I was still charged for it!
Harold SThe only concern I have is height of the brake pedal on the van I rented. I have size 12 feet and had to constantly lift my heel off of the floor to depress the brake. I was concerned at times that I might miss the pedal and rear end the vehicle in front of me.
