the tire pressure light said they were low on air. I swept out the van afterward. I don't think the people before me did. other than that it was very convenient & great on gas.

This is the second time that we have used a U-Haul and ordered a dolly to be with the vehicle. This is the second time that a dolly did not come with the vehicle. When I picked up the U-Haul the first time that location was closed so I had to buy my own dolly. This time around the location, fortunately opened while I was still in the process of getting the truck via the app, which is not the most people friendly app by the way. So I was able to get a dolly of my choosing, but this is the second time this has happened, which tells me there is an issue with U-Haul, not following up with franchisees, ensuring that they have all the equipment in the vehicles.
Kory MSuck me in with the 19.95 price per day. With all the extras ended up costing me 90.00 For the day. Waited until it was time to sign to lay the extra cost. Wish you could have been honest and just gave the bottom line to begin with.
