The van was not dirty however there was dirt in the cargo area.

Kristen AAfter hours pickup was extremely painful experience, then I was charged $70 for fuel even though I returned the truck with the amount of fuel it was rented with. I assume this has nothing to do with the locations themselves

TIMOTHY HI am very annoyed that even though I declined the insurance coverage both when I reserved online and again at the store when I picked up the van that I was still charged for it!
