Don’t leave my credential on the counter and walk away , while customer in the store with easy access And clerk goes to back room to repair a phone Equipment poor maintenance Even thou I did a pre trip inspection and video recorded I got a flat tire less than a mile of leaving the Parking lot The clerk’s response was you need to call u-haul Just bad experience and the attitude they can parked at home

Crissolidez PLocation did not have the right size truck that I reserved. Had to settle for a smaller truck with no ramp preventing me from collecting all of my furniture.
