Awesome gentleman. Immediately came over, unhooked me, put my equipment away in my car and I was on my way in 5 minutes! You need more representatives like him! I don’t even mind driving 20 miles to drop off when you get that kind of service.

RAYMOND HUhaul reservations in Rock Springs/Green River Wyoming suck. Alpine Wyoming pickup staff were excellent. Uhaul corporate trafficking service in SW Wyoming pathetic. Ended up driving 400miles round trip to get the truck we needed. AND uhaul doesn’t help with gas when having to travel long distances to retrieve vehicle. What a learning experience.
Wade JMy only issue is in regards to inner tie down loops on the interior of the 15 foot box truck. Was not able to properly secure some contents. The inner wooden slats may have moveable tie downs- but I did not find any.
