After dropping off the trailer I learned that there is a drop off in Athol WY which may have been a better drop point. Also, in general you need to make it so the customer can lock the trailer onto the tow vehicle to prevent theft.
Paul CI arrived at 7am when they open. Through the ring doorbell the agent said “it’s 7am, just leave the truck and I’ll check it in later”. When I said “I’m picking up an auto transport at 7am, you told me you open at 7”, his tone changed to much more helpful and courteous. Also, there was a wasp nest in the auto transport, near the hitch.
Kenneth PAgent set rental for standard 3 days but my reservation had it for 6. I was able to make a call and get it adjusted with no problem though.
