I arrived at 7am when they open. Through the ring doorbell the agent said “it’s 7am, just leave the truck and I’ll check it in later”. When I said “I’m picking up an auto transport at 7am, you told me you open at 7”, his tone changed to much more helpful and courteous. Also, there was a wasp nest in the auto transport, near the hitch.

Agent set rental for standard 3 days but my reservation had it for 6. I was able to make a call and get it adjusted with no problem though.
