I reserved a 10 foot truck a month in advance and yet when I was ready to pick it up all that was available was a 15 foot truck. What I don't understand is what is the purpose of reserving a certain vehicle if U-Haul can't guarantee that it will be available?

carlos cIf the office smells like marijuana, there might be a problem. Been here before, dropping off, guy has always been helpful but Uhaul standards in general seem to be waning.
