Great Customer Service from the Brighton Park location staff she helped me find a truck and was very helpful finding a convenient location for me. I’m very pleased with both services. Maybe a discount for bringing the truck back with-in 4 hours, I would’ve of appreciated any discount.

The employee can hardly speak English and it took and was having a hard time helping us while he took care of his gas station customers.
THERESE SI was charged for a rental I didn’t even use! It showed that I didn’t use it? Miles were only 3 miles which showed that I literally took it around block and brought it right back, b/c I no longer needed it! Gas was also the same! They didn’t ask any questions! They just said my card who’s be charged
