I was charged for a rental I didn’t even use! It showed that I didn’t use it? Miles were only 3 miles which showed that I literally took it around block and brought it right back, b/c I no longer needed it! Gas was also the same! They didn’t ask any questions! They just said my card who’s be charged

OTIS EThe inside of the windshield was so dirty I couldn't see while driving on a highway when the sun was setting. I was very frightened as there was construction and I couldn't pull over. I was practically driving at a high speed blind. The dirt was not on the inside. I used the windshield washer and wipers several times. I have rented 3 moving trucks from uhaul in the past couple of months. This was my worst experience with pick up from this location. The process took very long as the cashier had to check out customers while I had to keep stepping to the side waiting. I highly recommend pick up from Empire Tire in Oak Forest on Cicero Ave. The trucks I picked up. Were clean and the puck up process was quick, friendly and professional.
