It was an overall excellent experience. Because I had used U-Haul before, it took no time at all to rent. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Not to mention I got to take a look at a pretty awesome store there too.

Great experience
CELESTE WInitially scheduled online pickup at different location that was somehow disregarded…had I not called to attempt to change pickup time… would have never known my online reservation that I thought was locked in with a credit card and followed with confirmation emails and texts got cancelled… that was extremely disappointing.
STANLEY MI was very impressed with the owners of The Shed. They were very helpful and understanding of my difficult situation. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent a truck or trailer. Preston Gruening
PRESTON GLady who dispatched trailer seemed put-off to have to stop “running her store” in order to dispatch trailer to me. Looked at me as if I was stupid for not getting insurance after I told her I checked with my auto insurance and was definitely cover for any loss to rental trailer. Not horrible experience …..just seemed that UHaul rentals not the most important thing on her to-do list. Trailer great!! Price great!!! Drop off Great!!! Would certainly rent again if needed.
