At the pick up location, there was some confusion about the drop-off date and they had trouble adjusting it and I was told that the extra day could be refunded at drop-off but the drop-off site wouldn't do it. It's not that $20 is going to break me but it seems like there should be an easier way to adjust the drop-off date when we know it up front. No real problem with the drop off site but it is associated with a large antiques/second-hand store which was simply not to my taste but it might interest other people.
