I was initially given a reservation for a toy hauler in Lake Hallie, WI. When I arrived they did not have it. They did refer me to another Uhaul place in Altoona, WI. The lady there knew nothing about our questions on hooking it up to our vehicle. When I told her that the place in Lake Hallie said I could return it to my hometown rental in Stanley she said there was a location in Gilman, WI. I had to inform her that there was a drop off location at Reits Garden Center in Stanley. I understand that all rental equipment is not readily available in all Uhaul locations but found that my local Uhaul in Stanley had very little and limited inventory. I find that a bit frustrating.

Keep it from raining during pick-up??? No, really, the equipment was good, the location was good, the contact person was awesome! Drop off was easy. This was a good experience.
