This is not the pick up location They don’t help you load up the trailer or drop They don’t check the lights or safety I almost had the trailer fall on me because I had to do it alone they don’t check equipment

Nothing keep up good work
KEITH AThe store was closed. The parking lot was fenced off with no drop off instructions. We dropped off the trailer around the corner at the fireworks building where multiple other UHaul units were. I wish there was an N/A option as I had no interaction with the people or property. I don’t like choosing “no” but I had to choose something….
