Employees there were very helpful in dropping off equipment. Went out of their way to clear the snow so I was able to drop of the equipment.

Was little confusing as picked trailer up one location and the doing invoice down the street but all worked out great place to deal with .

Mary JThe trailer has a defective ball coupler. The trailer bounced off the hitch on the 400 highway while empty and being taken to drop off. Fortunately no damage or injury.
NEIL LThe drop off location is different than the address shown. They wanted us to drop off in a parking lot on the other side of the road from the garage. so pls update the drop off address to the parking lot.
