The trailer has a defective ball coupler. The trailer bounced off the hitch on the 400 highway while empty and being taken to drop off. Fortunately no damage or injury.

The drop off location is different than the address shown. They wanted us to drop off in a parking lot on the other side of the road from the garage. so pls update the drop off address to the parking lot.
