Location was ok, confusing having 2 lots but have to speak with the lot that does not have the uhaul there. Employee assisted with the pick up but failed to send pictures of the hook up and I was then contacted to do so after the fact. Equipment is clean but the cables (not chains) hooking up to your car are all rusted out and cracked. These should be replaced to be safe Equipment. Dropped off early and left message wirh the shop that it was returned to call me back and they never did. Location was convenient and close to me but not the greatest experience.

The rental process was way too long! Ridiculously long and redundant! And it shouldn’t matter what year of vehicle Im using to pull the trailer! And the insurance I paid for was more than the rental cost! So much for it being cheap! Other than this it worked out perfect for my needs.
PAUL MEmployees there were very helpful in dropping off equipment. Went out of their way to clear the snow so I was able to drop of the equipment.
