The agent who called was great, informed me that my pick up location was changed, with lots of time to adjust my plans, that was greatly appreciated. Jen at the pick up location was so helpful and friendly, and made sure everything was hooked up properly. Everyone was super easy to deal with and so helpful.

mark E.There was a guy there, and he took the keys, so that was awesome - but then he left, and we weren't aware that we had to send pictures of the clean truck while doing the online return. We asked if he could do the return, and he said no and left. You should probably tell your customers when they pick the truck up, to take a picture of the gas gage and mileage, and the cleanliness of the truck for the return.
