I reserved the truck in person. When I picked up the truck at 3 in the afternoon, I had no text or phone call for the mobile pick up. The office was closed and I had to call the customer service number. I was told the truck was reserved for someone else. The customer service agent was nice enough to rent a larger truck to me for the price of the one I reserved. I appreciate the customer service agent assisting me but was quite frustrated with the salesperson at the Amelia location. This was an avoidable and unnecessary hassle.

STANLEY MIt was very beneficial to have self check-out and check-in for this rental. Getting to the U-Haul rental while they were open was difficult with my schedule. But having the ability for after hours self pickup and drop off made this much easier on me. Highly recommended.
