Drop off location was challenging for me to back up (narrow lot) but pregnant staff member helped with the dolly. I felt a little guilty but she got it done!

DAVID DHorrible communication. I didn’t pick the vehicle up till 345 and was told I had four days to return it from that time. I took that locations word as receipt and didn’t notice the details until the day. I was about to drop it off and it said I needed to drop it off at 12:10 when I should’ve had 3 1/2 more hours I tried to reach out to the location and had even pictures at the drop off location, but was still charged an extra day for dropping the truck off at 3pm. I reached out to the location and ask them to please change the paperwork according to the pictures that I had on file but no response. I did talk to the drop off location and the receptionist said it shouldn’t be a problem but when I dropped it off, I was still charged an extra day.
