Even when I decided that the trailer I ordered was not large enough, they accommodated me in securing the one I needed. I felt very cared for and would definitely use them again. High marks!

It is like a ghost town. There was no one there when I went to pick up the truck. I called a number and the lady gave me a code to unlock the lock to get the keys

Tatyana AGas gauge was at empty. Location advised me to contact UHaul because they could not refund me for the gas purchased. Fuel pump plate was broke and my daughter stepped through it and hurt her wrist. I filed a form through U-Haul and have t heard back.
