DONNIE M1. rented a hitch to go with trailer, and it came without a hitch carter pin. I agreed to supply my own, at home. 2. Lights did not work correctly on trailer. Vendor blamed my socket, which it might have been, but the vendor did not have a $5 tester (available on Amazon) to confirm it was my plug not the trailer. Left the yard (with my permission) without the tail lights working, taking a chance. Business should have a tester to confirm the problem.
STEPHEN HStraightforward from start to finish. Bad logistics is the worst when moving. The Rental Place was fantastic, highly recommended. The reservation was a quick 3 minute conversation. If they have what you need and you’ve rented a U-Haul before…. In in out, move on to your next to-do. When I got there, the same deal, on time easy to pick up, and they asked the mandatory “do you want this”, and I said no (no pushing or upcharging)… in n out, on to moving. I called during my move because I mistakenly saw a receipt from the previous renter (I thought my mileage in was waaaay off), and they quickly answered and eased my concerns. Drop off was easy and I called in the morning to confirm everything was copacetic…. Yes it was! Thanks for the pleasant experience!
