Customer service not of the rental place but whoever is at number 707-921-1432 needs to get it together. Called to extend rental was told i was good then to find out they didnt extend. Had both this number and return location calling me. Not very professional uhaul service is getting worse. If ihaul wasnt the only place to rent i would go elsewhere.

Location has hours listed as open at 7 am, but no one was there and it was closed, however a sign was posted to call a number, someone answered and told me to just leave the trailer in the lot and they would check it in when they arrived in a few hours. which was fine, but left me worried if someone came a stole the trailer in this open lot I might be liable. eventually my trailer was checked in fine.
Shawn CThis location tried to double rent the truck. I had to call into the regional office to fix the problem. Originally I reserved the truck from Napa. They gave my reservation away as well. The last 3 times I rented a truck from U-Haul I had problems picking up my truck.
BENEDICT BDrop off location was challenging for me to back up (narrow lot) but pregnant staff member helped with the dolly. I felt a little guilty but she got it done!
