The downside was that the uhaul representative scheduled me to pick this up BEFORE the truck and I needed the truck in order to pick up the tow dolly. Very unhappy I had to drive an hour there just to drive an hour back to pick up the truck then back another hour to finally get the equipment. No fault of best bargain furniture though, they were amazing

I was not pleased that my reservation location changed last minute. It was very inconvenient to drive 45 miles out of the way to pick up. The lady at pick up was very helpful and evidently she said the U-Haul representative that helped her with my changes was helpful for her. So my recommendation is m add ke sure you can accommodate customers business and not change at last minute.
