The location and help we received was great, but the U-Hauls themselves were not maintained well. The first 3 we tried had issues with the tail/turn lights. The U-Haul we ended up with was shabby on the outside with paint chipping off everywhere. The inside was clean but the mount point options were terrible. They don't fit standard tie downs which resulted in us needing to use rope, which simply isn't as strong or accessible. I don't see another place to put this, so I'm mentioning it here. U-Haul also sent us to a location 35 minutes away from where we requested pickup but didn't tell us directly other than an email sent to us not even a full day ahead of time. That's well over an hour out of our way plus the fuel cost for the truck we needed to tow it. Add in that the location opened 2 hours later than the location we'd selected, plus the extra time moving the truck around to find a trailer with functioning tail lights, this change put us back over 4 hours ahead of a 10+ hour drive. It was NOT a good experience that is fully U-Haul's fault, not the location where we picked up from.

Probably not much the process was fast and painless I did most everything online and just had to get a little bit of information when I got to the location and those people in best bargain are always so nice
roger tThe downside was that the uhaul representative scheduled me to pick this up BEFORE the truck and I needed the truck in order to pick up the tow dolly. Very unhappy I had to drive an hour there just to drive an hour back to pick up the truck then back another hour to finally get the equipment. No fault of best bargain furniture though, they were amazing
Kristin MI was not pleased that my reservation location changed last minute. It was very inconvenient to drive 45 miles out of the way to pick up. The lady at pick up was very helpful and evidently she said the U-Haul representative that helped her with my changes was helpful for her. So my recommendation is m add ke sure you can accommodate customers business and not change at last minute.
