The total mileage wasn’t put in correctly at the time of rental. U-Haul charged me another $27 for extra mileage when I only went from pickup location to final destination.Also U-Haul charged me for an additional $15 for safe drive ? or something like that. On my original reservation I did myself through the app I didn’t check safedrive. That’s $42 extra dollars I shouldn’t have been charged. Bad business on Uhauls part. I will try to rent from another company or locally next time.I have been charged this safedrive fee befor this time when I didn’t choose it through my reservation app. Very disappointed in U-Haul lately.
