There was only a quarter tank of gas when I received the truck so I had to get gas twice once to drive it and then before I returned it. I also reserved an appliance dolly and they didn't have one available. I rented the truck to move a refrigerator so this was annoying.

DOUGLAS APicking up the truck was a hassle. Using the website, then having to call 3-4 different times so they can update my reservation. Then my appliance dolly wasn't in the truck, had to wait for the store to open so i can get the dolly. Store hours read 10am -7pm Saturday. Store associate didn't get there until 10:10. Clerk then tells me "sorry but those dollys aren't guaranteed". I said but you guys charged me for one. She said yeah but they aren't guaranteed. But i can adjust your reservation. That whole ordeal is what made us late bringing back the truck.
Christina BThe employee was 10 minutes late and there was a line of customers waiting for the doors to open. After she opened, we were the third customers in line, and it took about 40-45 minutes for her to gather everything together for us. There were no dollies to rent, and she asked for a credit card to put a HOLD on the transaction. I asked her three times if it was going to be charged because we would be paying cash. She assured us it wouldn't charge, and it would just be a hold until payment. Once we returned the truck, a few hours later, she charged the credit card, after she stated it wouldn't be charged. We asked about the $25 discount if same day return and she said they don't do that. Overall, very disappointing experience. We will not return or refer future customers.
