The furniture pads were dirty. Ryan was great. We had reserved a truck from the Monticello U-Haul. When we arrived, the only two guys with access to the truck keys were on vacation. Yes, you read that correctly. So despite a reservation, we were completely out of luck. What a shit show in Monticello. Fortunately we were able to get a truck in Anamosa.
