It was a Tuesday. I had a return location chosen near my house. I didn't look at the location to see if they were open or closed on Tuesday. I was done with my trailer, so I went to the drop off location where I learned they were closed on Tuesday. So, I used the app to return online taking pictures of the trailer and the drop location. Really somewhat uncertain. The location is tucked in the back, off the street and I drove past while trying to locate it. The office entrance was weird - there were multiple businesses that used the same entrance and while the U-Haul logo was clearly present on the window, I spent a little time figuring out if I was really at the correct location. There was no one there, so I used the app to return my rental (the people may be delightful, but I can't say whether they were helpful or not, since they were not there). As far as recommending this place to a friend - I bet there are better locations if you are just renting a U-Haul.

App didn’t work at pick up and there was no number easily accessible to talk to a human. I had to text back and forth for 20 minutes before the chat it gave me a phone number to speak with someone who could reset my app. Location was also moved from where I booked originally to another location, making pick up and drop off significantly more inconvenient for me.
