Made a reservation at this location a week in advance. Mobile pick up at 8am. Arrived, no codes received when checking in, so we waited, called uhaul, customer service has no idea why nothing has been provided, no codes, no keys. By this time, its after 9, customer service is not able to contact anyone at ACL Moving Company office either. They do however find another truck at a different location and set up the reservation. By the time I am able to pick up at the second location and get back to my house, its almost 11am. Customer service was great when I called, and the gentleman at the second uhaul office was very nice, but our moving day was awful. It was the hottest day of the summer we have had so far with extreme heat warnings, hence getting the truck EARLY in the morning so we could load it quickly before the heat got unbearable. THEN, I look at my bank statement, and find I was charged twice for the truck rental. Moving is expensive enough without being double charged! When will I be credited back for the duplicate charge??? This all could have been avoided if the first office, ACL Moving Company hadn't had been incompetent.

I did not receive all of the equipment I was charged for. Also, the truck was old/dirty. The ACL Moving Company did not respond to any of my calls. I even drove to the actual business location of the company. They are no longer in the location on their business phone answering message. I am very disappointed in this rental. This gives UHaul a bad name.
Randall CThe AC did not work on the rental. The seatbelt popped off 3 times while driving. What is not this location's fault but uhaul system issue is that the location I selected was out of trucks the size I requested and uhaul routed me to a location saying it was closest and I passed a uhaul dealer much closer with many more trucks, I think they wanted more miles to charge.
Todd MIt was a Tuesday. I had a return location chosen near my house. I didn't look at the location to see if they were open or closed on Tuesday. I was done with my trailer, so I went to the drop off location where I learned they were closed on Tuesday. So, I used the app to return online taking pictures of the trailer and the drop location. Really somewhat uncertain. The location is tucked in the back, off the street and I drove past while trying to locate it. The office entrance was weird - there were multiple businesses that used the same entrance and while the U-Haul logo was clearly present on the window, I spent a little time figuring out if I was really at the correct location. There was no one there, so I used the app to return my rental (the people may be delightful, but I can't say whether they were helpful or not, since they were not there). As far as recommending this place to a friend - I bet there are better locations if you are just renting a U-Haul.
Jason KApp didn’t work at pick up and there was no number easily accessible to talk to a human. I had to text back and forth for 20 minutes before the chat it gave me a phone number to speak with someone who could reset my app. Location was also moved from where I booked originally to another location, making pick up and drop off significantly more inconvenient for me.
