So I originally asked for a 26 foot truck for 2 days then changed my mind to 1 not promising if I would absolute return it that I might have to have it the full two days. Well like moving goes we ran out of time and needed the truck for the additional day. I call the agent and she tells me she had scheduled it already for 445 to someone else. I was confused why she did this because I specifically told her I might and possible would need the truck for the originally arrangment. She shouldn't be booking them back to back like that especially after our converstation. It was a weird set up because it didn't have uhaul on the outside of the building they were running two businesses the other business was (ACL Medical Training LLC and the lady in the front didn't know what she was doing for half the steps of the process of giving us the keys for the truck it took forever. So we go to return keys at 4pm on Saturday which was discussed. No drop box seriously not kidding they didn't even have a drop box for the damn keys I was so irritated. So my boyfriend finds some way to jam the keys back into the uhaul location. I will never go to that location again I have used Uhaul for last 10 years moving and never had so many issues.

the only complaint I have is that your online system needs update I reserved online but it wasn't in the system when I arrived at the location and the reservations clerk has issues with it as well '
