The only feedback that I could give regarding something different the company could do or a general complaint which this is not a complaint but the only thing I would recommend is mainly for the location I use this location depending on when people are going to pick up and drop off their rental it's a good chance the office will be closed like it was closed when I picked mine up it was closed when I returned my truck. And if it's at night time when you return the truck or pick up the truck you're required to take several pictures inside and outside of the truck. This might sort of make certain people feel a little uneasy especially at night time because this location really wasn't lit up that well I'm from this area I've been here my whole life and I know the surrounding areas of this location is not really the best part of town you're going to have your homeless people you're going to have your drug addicts you're going to have your panhandlers that sit in front of the Walmart intersection begging for money and food so this might make people a little uneasy having to stand outside their vehicle to take pictures in the dark I would recommend more lighting in the parking lot
