JENNIFER DRental agent 5 stars but as for breaking down and having to wait 5 hours and being charged full price for the day i spent waiting was uncalled for when you sign the agreement of getting these rentals is that they are in working order breaking down not even and hour after picking it up and then waiting 5 hours on the road for a tow truck and being changed for full price for the day I was broken down for a one day rental I had to wait till the next day and got charged again so I got charged for a day I couldn't use and charged again
