The woman there, Trudy? was very nice when I rented the truck. Coming back I realized that the truck was only half full when I left and when I gassed up the truck to return it, I forgot and filled it. Upon asking for some kind of credit from the man who manages this place, he simply said there was nothing he could do nor did he really care it seemed to me. However, upon calling U-Haul directly and explaining to them the situation Phil Page was kind enough to refund the whole amount to me. So I will stay with U-Haul from now on just use another rental place.

Absolute fantastic customer service. Went above and beyond to help ne get a truck, have it ready on a holiday, and assist with checking in and out. I had to fly into town late Friday, pick up on Saturday, and move son into college apartment on Sunday. I cannot give enough thanks to this location. Absolute fantastic customer service. I would rate 100 out of 100. Please support them if you are considering uhaul in Anderson. I'll be using again for a cross country move soon.
