I believe your service is excellent and John was prompt in getting me under way. There was a delay with getting the system to process the contract agreement but it wasn’t bad at all. Thanks to John for his advice and in helping explain how to load the auto transport.

RONNIE TThe inside of the U-Haul had grease or whatever dirt that my daughter’s bags got dirty from being in the back. Not sure what your policy on U-Haul about cleaning inside but i do feel every time i do rent a uhaul if i have a cloth bag in the back, it gets dirty.
