Be sure to go into store instead of doing mobile drop off because the guy inside will save you cash. Mobile drop off is a rip off and charges way too much

Khrys S.To who concern, Very disappointed with the service and customer service. I rent a truck and when I went to pick was rented with someone else already ( I drove 3 hours for it ). I was on the phone for over and hour and when finally return the truck the over charge me because someone again gave the wrong return date . Caleb T.Osama informed me that when I received the 60$ deposit that it will take a long time for him to get reimbursed the 60$ to his establishment That is unacceptable, united rentals took my money immediately, Osama gave me my money when I returned the trailer , united rentals should be reimbursing the rental place immediately upon receipt.. not having to wait
