After hrs drop-off, could not get the uhaul app to let me drop off after hrs, so contacted uhaul rep and she noted my inability to use app to drop off, other than this, went smoothly.

There is no cell service in the location which causes an issue to return the truck. This is why I gave it a below average. I had to call U-Haul to make sure I wasn’t charge the $20 return fee because I wanted able to use the app. The staff was friendly and the van was great. Also there should’ve been more explanation of the return fee.
