It would be helpful to have cruise control on the truck. The ladies at the desk were very thorough, informative and friendly. The truck was ready and easy to access.

Mark MI plan on calling the store and talking to them also, however, though the driver side net on the two-wheel car dolly kept coming off during the trip. Trip. I had to use one of my tie down straps on it. Also to the new tire that's on there is not balanced properly and vibrated the whole time we had the trailer. The location is immaculate. The staff is wonderful. The trailer is what I had a problem with at low speeds it was fine but once you got to highway speeds between 45 and 50 it had a solid vibration off the left hand side and I had to stop three times and readjust the front strap on the driver side of a car. So when looking at the back of the trailer would be the left side. I ended up using one of my 12,000 lb tie down straps to keep it secure
