I plan on calling the store and talking to them also, however, though the driver side net on the two-wheel car dolly kept coming off during the trip. Trip. I had to use one of my tie down straps on it. Also to the new tire that's on there is not balanced properly and vibrated the whole time we had the trailer. The location is immaculate. The staff is wonderful. The trailer is what I had a problem with at low speeds it was fine but once you got to highway speeds between 45 and 50 it had a solid vibration off the left hand side and I had to stop three times and readjust the front strap on the driver side of a car. So when looking at the back of the trailer would be the left side. I ended up using one of my 12,000 lb tie down straps to keep it secure

Zenaida MWe did a self pick up in Virginia & the gentleman that helped us on the phone was truly helpful! Walked us through everything & waited until we got the keys until he got off the phone. Unfortunately, there were issues with the app yesterday morning. Go back to in person customer care! The drop off location was amazing! Great storage place, super friendly, very helpful!
