We did a self pick up in Virginia & the gentleman that helped us on the phone was truly helpful! Walked us through everything & waited until we got the keys until he got off the phone. Unfortunately, there were issues with the app yesterday morning. Go back to in person customer care! The drop off location was amazing! Great storage place, super friendly, very helpful!

Greg KDropped off a day early to save money and no one was there. 2pm on a Monday, said they closed for the day. I even called the number on the door multiple times, no pick up!!!!!
TRAVIS KAfter hrs drop-off, could not get the uhaul app to let me drop off after hrs, so contacted uhaul rep and she noted my inability to use app to drop off, other than this, went smoothly.
