Winston SDid not have a small hand trolley as reserved, Vehicle was not ready for collection with ice and snow build up on windscreen and snow covering the rear of the vehicle and tails lights and license plates. Fuel level was incorrect in vehicle than what was stated on check in.
Douglas BThe check engine light was on. The heat did not work and mind you it’s 5 degrees outside. The engine light started flashing. Called the place I got it from they said that it was fine and just an error.
