I paid for pads which were not in the truck. I was still charged for these pads
Benjamin WAll the requirements of my moving using U-Haul was extremely satisfactory. The truck was ready as per reservation. The staff is very friendly stating he was willing to help as needed. He explained the process. Everything went very well.
Valerie OYour app had issues doing the remote pick up and drop off. After 5x I was able to get the pick up photos to load. The drop off portion never would submit. I followed up with the drop off location the next day to ensure they had recorded my return
