They were very kind, but we had multiple issues. They didn’t write in the return location that we had agreed on before we left. We weren’t given any paperwork so when we went to check it in, we had a hard time since it was after hours. We use the dropbox to return the key. The next day we received an email saying our truck was not returned. I spent 45 minutes, trying to resolve this. I had to call the Main U-Haul number. That lady was extremely kind and helpful but when she transferred me at the end of our 15 minute conversation, she transferred me to the wrong place. I had to explain all of this again. This lady had a snotty attitude from the beginning, but she did end up helping me. She gave me the number to the place that we returned it to then I had to call that location and explain it again. The carpet Brothers hardware was nice and helpful and had my truck logged in within 15 minutes.

MARGARET SEverything was amazing, except for the fact that I needed to take pictures of the van before I left to upload it to you and none of my pictures would upload in the whole parking lot so I drove down the street I went to Plum market try to get on their Wi-Fi and it wouldn’t upload there either so I just went on my way to move cause I had people waiting. So you need to fix the system about you know having better Wi-Fi or something to upload the pictures now when I did drop it off the pictures sort of most of them uploaded, but I was having trouble again. !
ANNE DTell the truth ! The employee rented our van when we called to say we’d be later and then lied that he took pix when he didn’t and accused us of damaging inside roof when we didn’t even load truck more than two bins tall in van and then charged us over $1000 in damages we in no way made ! He was very rude and inappropriate in his lack of any service recovery
