I made a reservation for 5:30 PM and the location supposed to be closed at 10 PM and I get there at 5:50 PM . no one was there to help me. I call customer service and customer service Call the location and the guy told her that his manager is not around and they cannot help me Even the van I request for was not available. The customer service have to switch me to another van and it takes me two hours before I can get the truck by the time I get to where I supposed to pick up the stuff the place was closed . so I end up paying for the van for nothing

When I pulled up, a group of day laborers tried to open the doors to the truck and were banging on the sides of it. It was pretty surprising. Once I told them I didn’t have work for them they left me alone but it was pretty unsettling at first. The location was entirely self service which is fine. The app works great. But there was no information about where to put the truck or anything. The guy manning the register just told me to use the app and that was it.

TOUCH LThis is my best place to go I do recommend to anyone to make a reservation at this location 7638 LITTLE RIVER TPKE, ANNANDALE, VA 22003 on line even if they send you to Alexandria saying Annandale area don’t have a truck they lied to you I tried twice on line because I knew they do have a truck ready for me when I did talk to the person in charge the Uhaul in Annandale immediately answered yes I do have the truck . I do appreciate the service the attendant provided to his costumers thanks for a great job Congratulations Sincerely Ruby Medina
