Overall truck was clean.However, the inside of the windshield was ridiculously dirty. There was also no customer service agent at the pickup location.

I’m not happy to my experience I reserve my truck close to my house through online couple hours later someone says call me and she says they don’t have the truck the size you’re looking for and she gave me another location. I want that location 8 AM this morning there’s no truck. I have to call the customer service they transfer me to a different department which jtakes half an hour to wait on the phone because they don’t have a truck also they give me another location which is more than 10 miles from my house and I have to spend another 20 miles more because you don’t have a truck in the location I’m looking but you’re online says they have it if you’re online says they don’t have it then I will look another company instead of driving 20 more miles, paying gas and the mileage

joe kTook 3 tries to finally get to a location that I could use a truck at. Probably should have better tracking of open and closed locations during Christmas and Holidays. Though it was a process getting the uhaul, Gabbie made sure I was taken care of the whole way and gave me comfort that all would be resolved. She showed that she valued helping me, and did not rush me off the phone which I am so thankful of. Very fortunate to get her on the phone and I'm extremely thankful to her for helping me on a day most people I would assume want off.
Shyan SThe vehicle gave us problems from the start and had battery issues. Reached for help several times and was unable to get through to the right person. Returned vehicle same day before 4 pm because it died on us and we were still charged until the next day and cleaning service fee. The vehicle was dirty, no gas. Worse experience, had to get a vehicle from Home Depot to finish moving.
