I requested an in person pickup because the mobile process is a pain in the ass. I was on time to pickup and the person who handles pickups wasn't there. The whole pickup drop off process was frustrating and annoying because there was no staff.

Luke MThe location was not somewhere I felt safe. I even called and asked a rep if I could return the equipment somewhere else given all the activity going on at the location- I was told that I’d be charged more to do that so I ended up finding someone else to go with me to the spot so I wasn’t alone there. If I’d found this place outside of daylight hours, I would have fully cancelled my reservation. Feelings of safety aside, the wrong key was left in the box for me on pickup so I had to go inside and get the correct truck key, the truck was left dirty from the previous use with trash in the cab, and the engine made a strange noise the entire drive (I’ve gone cross country in these trucks and that noise was not normal). It overall I was able to move my items in the vehicle, that is about the only thing I’d say worked well.
