Rented a handtruck. Was not there. No one available for customers service at 330am, which was my only option for that day.

David UWe reserve a uhaul truck for 10am but when picking up truck by phone we faced an issue that the reservation was not shown in the app and it took 2hours phone call with support to resolve the issue!
Mitra SLocation employees should follow instructions. I rented an Appliance dolly in order to help move large items but was provided with a regular dolly. It was very frustrating having to move the items with a small dolly.
