More ability to return the truck to an actual service center instead of a gas station. After filling the tank (making me a gas station customer), a gas station worker came out and screamed not to hit the JAGUAR luxury car left in front of the U-Haul return gate!! Why would they leave a Jag where big trucks could accidentally hit it? Again, having to take pictures is very unsettling when leaving it in a location like this. I would rather have had a U-Haul worker do a Quick Look at it, then give me the ok to leave. The geolocation service didn’t work on me or my friends phone, and I had to call 1800 customer service. At least they were much more helpful.

Bad customer services. No direction and support. Very bad customer service
BASAZIN BThe agent was one hour and a half late. I had to wait all that time to get the truck. Very unprofessional.
Luis AHigh miles cost it took me an hour to get a truck and no One at the front desk could help me because the U-Haul guy is not here i had to call the 1800 number the app was not helpful at all but the 1800 people did there best and where able to help me after an hour but they where those guys need more admin privileges lol and then an hour of taking pics plus they charge more per mile
Manolo MI dropped off the truck on 6/24/25, so far I have not received the receipt of completion and my $100 deposit has not been reimbursed. I called customer service many times and was repeatedly told the regional manager will close the account and send me the receipt. As of today nothing has happened. I am very frustrated and will think twice to use U-Haul.
