The vehicle gave us problems from the start and had battery issues. Reached for help several times and was unable to get through to the right person. Returned vehicle same day before 4 pm because it died on us and we were still charged until the next day and cleaning service fee. The vehicle was dirty, no gas. Worse experience, had to get a vehicle from Home Depot to finish moving.

I do not have data on my phone so upon the return --during business hours---was unable to scan the QR code and return via the internet. No one was available at the rental office to help me, and the man at the shop counter was not only unhelpful but uninterested in helping me. I returned the van 90 mins after rental, and sent an email noting the time of return as 11:27 AM. I have my return of the keys on a time stamped video as proof. The email was sent due to the lack of customer service and ability to return without using QR code. The rental place charged me an extra day of rental, or late fee ($40 instead of $20)n even though it was returned within 90 mins of the same day. I will actively ensure people avoid this store. Are they so hard up for money they must overcharge?

Ellen JMore ability to return the truck to an actual service center instead of a gas station. After filling the tank (making me a gas station customer), a gas station worker came out and screamed not to hit the JAGUAR luxury car left in front of the U-Haul return gate!! Why would they leave a Jag where big trucks could accidentally hit it? Again, having to take pictures is very unsettling when leaving it in a location like this. I would rather have had a U-Haul worker do a Quick Look at it, then give me the ok to leave. The geolocation service didn’t work on me or my friends phone, and I had to call 1800 customer service. At least they were much more helpful.
