They charged me for inaccurate stuff It was raining the day of rental I sweep and wiped the inside before returning they still charged me for cleaning fee and the gas was still on f the charged me a 1/4 tank

There were no personnel and this location had no return instructions. The only way we were able to return the truck was because I had the u-haul app.

Markus MEasy to get to. The U-Haul rental return area was very dirty covered in trash it was gross.
Shannon LLocation gave me a truck that had the check engine light come on on the highway and wouldn't go above 42MPH. After dangerously being stuck on the highway and calling the location, they promptly hung up after I explained the problem. This is unsafe and incredibly irresponsible.
