The item I reserved was not ready. The inside of the vehicle smelled. Wipers on the rented vehicle were poor.
Eldin Ssmall kiosk in a gas station, feels very "sketchy" and unsafe, was very uncomfortable with the process, it did not feel like a legitimate business. I was overcharged (they changed my rate) and I am having a hard time getting him to return my call
