This location is great but this was my first time doing the mobile pick up and that whole process was frustrating and took quite a while, I think the online process should be fixed so your not having to take so many pictures up front

MORRIS JThe U-HAUL RESERVATION SYSTEM needs a better way of telling the customer when the pick-up and drop-off locations are changed, which happened 4 times during this rental contract (NO texts or emails were sent). The mobile app and the online reservation site do not work well together. I would give the U-HAUL RESERVATION SYSTEM < 1 star.
