The staff was very helpful and even helped me connect my 2-day reservation so I didn't have to come back and check in the next day. The truck had a lot of battle scars, but ran and worked well. Rates we great, staff was great and the entire experience was great!

The U-HAUL RESERVATION SYSTEM needs a better way of telling the customer when the pick-up and drop-off locations are changed, which happened 4 times during this rental contract (NO texts or emails were sent). The mobile app and the online reservation site do not work well together. I would give the U-HAUL RESERVATION SYSTEM < 1 star.
