I did everything with the app. I dropped off before they opened. The app works very smoothly, never saw any personnel to rate.

NICOLAS SI was disappointed that the price was different when I picked up the trailer. They told me the extra charge was a "tax" from Uhaul. Next time I meed a trailer, I will find a different solution. I will also tell my friends not to trust Uhaul.

MICHAEL FI reserved a 4x8 in Mesa a week or so in advance. When I showed up it had not yet been turned in. So I had to go to Apache Junction that was out of my way to get a trailer that I needed that day. I thought if you had a reservation that they would have your trailer. This 2nd place was fine but out of my way but not their fault. Overall all went well but I was a bit upset that the trailer that I rented in advance was not ready when I came to pick it up
