The only issue I had was not being able to complete my online reservation and had to wait until 9 am when they opened up. Don't get me wrong gentleman that helped me ran into some programming issue . But knew knew he's job so well he worked around them and saw to my every need, and got me out in a good timely manner. Also was able to keep the van an extra day for the same price , yes I would recommend this location for two reasons. 1st I wish I knew the gentleman name that took care of me, because his kindness and knowledge will keep me coming back. 2nd reason is the location very convenient, over all I was very pleased Customer you have won for life

I did not drop it off in Apache Junction
Richard Dnothing. pickup was straight forward.
bruce kWe had our pickup location changed. We specifically asked for the assist with loading service you offer. The location we were sent to did not offer this. The worker took it on himself to help us which was good and he should be commended for great customer service his supervisor showed up as we were completing and chastised him for helping. The supervisor was not unprofessional, just this side of gruff though. This to me is a corporate issue I was assured of a service and bait and switched after the contract was made. I may not use U-Haul again because of lack of trust.
