melisa sI made an appointment to pick up a trailer in Scottsdale, AZ . I was called the day before & told that I would have to drive to Cottonwood, AZ to pick up the trailer! This is a 4 hr round trip! The uhaul rep said this was on the way to where I was going. So I said, well, I would have to drive back to Scottsdsle to load it. She didn’t seem to understand this. Why have customers select a pick up location as this is meaningless. I was told that when you make a reservation it only guarantees that you will receive a call the day before. It does not guarantee that a trailer will be available at the location you selected or that a trailer will even be available at all. Come on uhaul, you can do better than this! Spend some $ and get an updated reservation system! I’ll be looking for a different company to use next time.
