I think the milage should be checked out by the renter and the rented cause I beleave it was over charged for milage

Only one person working at location, a mini mart. The 15' truck I rented was stuck behind another car so the agent had to kick everyone out of the store so she could move the truck so I could get mine out. I also rented an appliance dolly that wasn't in the truck so I had to go back into the store to get it. The truck I had was on E, it had 21 miles left to empty. The contract said it had 1/4 tank so I had the agent take a picture of the odometer to verify that it was on E. I had to get gas for the truck. The windshield was filthy so I also had to clean that. Overall it took about 30-40 minutes from the moment I walked in to exiting the mini mart with my truck.
Randall Obeing a convenience store and being busy and only 1 person working made our wait a lot longer than the normal. upon finally given keys and going through the process, I was looking at cabins and it was dirty, sticky n lots of cigarettes buds all over see pics, to compound situation has to drive 5 hours with that nasty cigarette smell! which made my wife sick. it would be nice ti get some type of compensation for all that trouble? to
Juan OIt was just a little minimart store, and the parking lot too small for the equipment in my estimation. Also the computer system was down, but personel was helpful & nice.
