Very poor customer service. Employees didn’t know how to check out the U-Haul item. Dirty nasty location with trash and debris all over. Unsafe environment

Julia LUHAUL SWITCHED LOCATIONS MORNING OF PICKUP
MICHAEL DEmployee is a convenience store owner and struggled using the iPad they use to rent out Uhaul equipment. She was nice but made several comments hinting at the inconvenience of renting uhaul equipment. I ended up using her iPad to finish the checkout because she couldn’t figure it out.
Haley MI don’t wanna make any comments and have that used against me if I don’t like it to go another store but the manager told me to lose the attitude and I had to fill out the paperwork and they wasn’t very friendly and nice to me as part of the use of the trailer tell me if I didn’t like that to take and go somewhere else and the fact that the trailer the tail light didn’t work on it I don’t want to use the comments against me
