Employee is a convenience store owner and struggled using the iPad they use to rent out Uhaul equipment. She was nice but made several comments hinting at the inconvenience of renting uhaul equipment. I ended up using her iPad to finish the checkout because she couldn’t figure it out.
Haley MI don’t wanna make any comments and have that used against me if I don’t like it to go another store but the manager told me to lose the attitude and I had to fill out the paperwork and they wasn’t very friendly and nice to me as part of the use of the trailer tell me if I didn’t like that to take and go somewhere else and the fact that the trailer the tail light didn’t work on it I don’t want to use the comments against me

MICHAEL GThe vehicle did not have a full gas tank. Also, the pull-down door had a padlock on it. After discovering this at my work location, I had to drive the truck back to the Pick Up Location where the clerk removed it with a hammer and screwdriver! This added extra miles that were MY added expense!
