Cole LThey went above and beyond to help resolve an issue that popped up, and they were able to let me have the trailer earlier than prior request time.
Charles AZenters was great, but communication from u-haul was poor. I never received a confirmation call as I was supposed to. Then, the trailer was sent to a location 25 miles farther from my house and intended pick up point. Fortunately I called u-haul with enough time to spare tire get things corrected
Steve RNot ready for us. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for services then they couldn’t find the key to the truck. Found it in the lock box.
