Zenters was great, but communication from u-haul was poor. I never received a confirmation call as I was supposed to. Then, the trailer was sent to a location 25 miles farther from my house and intended pick up point. Fortunately I called u-haul with enough time to spare tire get things corrected
Steve RNot ready for us. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for services then they couldn’t find the key to the truck. Found it in the lock box.
Rachel RPhone number goes to voicemail. Staff on site didn’t help. 2-3 men working inside told me they know nothing about the trailers. I had to unhook and move myself. Placed in a gated area (gate was unlocked). Returned before 2pm. It’s marked as returned after 5pm. Disappointed with this drop off location.
