This location was not open when we dropped the trailer earlier than expected during a snow storm. Not an issue at that time. I had trouble doing a return through my phone due to some automated location stuff not working on my phone, but the U-Haul corporate people I called indicated that the facility would take care of it the next day. THEY DID NOT!! They didn't even know the trailer was there. There were only 2 U-haul units in the lot when we dropped ours around 6pm. We placed it right next to the other trailers and took photos. Two or three phone calls over the next 7 days and a trip for me back to the facility to confirm the trailer was indeed still there - finally got the issue resolved. They had no idea there was an unaccounted for trailer in their small lot. The phone number for their facility in the U-haul records/online is incorrect. I had left messages for them but they never got them. Even U-Haul couldn't reach them due to invalid phone numbers. I would not recommend unless their information within the Uhaul system is updated with proper contact info.

One of the tire hold down strap was very weather worn and I had a hard time getting it to slide thru slot on rachet. Customer care agent at rental store did not speak English making it very difficult to communicate. They did try very hard to communicate but I'm not bilingual. They treated me very well and was able to call someone who was bilingual to help finish up paperwork. Excellent location if you can speak Spanish, unfortunately, that was not me.

Laird SI arrived on time, only to discover I was unable to communicate with the staff. No one there spoke any English, and didn’t appear to know what was going on, or how to work the system. I spent an hour waiting for the person at the desk to finally figure everything out after speaking to someone else (unsure who) getting assistance figuring it out. When I finally got the truck, the key wouldn’t go in the ignition, and when it was finally jammed in by one of the staff, it wouldn’t come out. The response I got in return to this problem was a shrug. After relaying this information to the dispatcher Shane, he told me he would look into it and give me some concessions, which I never saw on my bill of the original amount. Because of this key incident, I had to park my Uhaul truck with the key stuck in the ignition and unlocked with all my personal items on the street for several days.
